If you are staying at the Tacoma Dome Best Western, there are several options for getting to the conference.  The Link Light Rail runs between the hotel and the conference center – this is a free service.  We have reserved the light rail to run extended hours on Thursday (until 9pm) for the Art Museum function(station is very close to Art Museum).  The run from the hotel to the convention center is about 5-10 mins, but need to plan for waiting for the trains, etc.

There is parking available at the Convention Center – there is a charge for parking that is not included in the conference fees.  As we find out specifically what that charge is we will post it on this website, I believe it will be about $5-$10/day.

The conference facilities have a wireless network available (though please tell us if you need the web for a user presentation).

Thanks for your interest in the conference  and we look forward to seeing you soon
